Eric P. Nichols hales from the Detroit area. He graduated with a BA from Michigan State University in 1984 and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force. Nichols has been active in the Northern Colorado real estate industry since 1989. He was the Managing Broker at Jim Scavo Realty, owned his own real estate brokerage firm, and moved to RE/MAX First Associates, Inc - Downtown in 2000.
Nichols has been involved with over 20 new neighborhoods or condominium
conversions to include Lory Anne Estates, Northfield Condominiums, Aspen
Village Condominiums, The Lodge at Miramont, The Lofts at Park Central
The Pine Street Lofts Mason Street North, and Penny Flats. He is the Past
President of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors and is serving on the
Board of Directors for the Legacy Land Trust.
Todd Spiller brings a unique perspective to real estate with experience in many facets of the business. After earning a degree in Business from Indiana University Todd worked in residential construction and later designed and built custom homes. He also became a certified appraiser valuing commercial and residential real estate for banks, investors, government agencies and private clients.
Todd obtained his real estate license in Colorado in 1984 and has been involved in the sale of resort property, land, single-family homes, commercial property, condominiums and town homes. Since 1995 he has closed over 300 sales in Fort Collins. Todd has served in various volunteer capacities including Boy Scout leader, chairman of a zoning board, municipal budget committee member, president of a homeowners association, and director for a museum.
